The Committee for Justice (CFJ) is an independent human rights organization based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Founded in 2015, CFJ works to document violations, support victims, and promote accountability, with a focus on North Africa and the Sahel region. The Committee for Justice (CFJ) is an independent association for the defense of human rights based in Geneva, Switzerland and established in 2015 by a diverse group of human rights advocates. CFJ aims at enabling the international community, CSOs and knowledge hubs to provide alternative solutions concerning the human rights situation in the region, to conduct justice for victims, obtain reparation and counter impunity for perpetrators of human rights violations. We are currently working on 3 projects:HRCMonitoring,Yemen & Gulf,Egypt We aim to convey Geneva's HRC to all HRDs in the MENA
لجنة العدالة هي جمعية مستقلة للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان ومقرها في جنيف بسويسرا.وقام بتأسيس اللجنة مجموعة متنوعة من المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان في 2015 . وتهدف لجنة العدالة إلى تمكين المجتمع الدولي ومنظمات المجتمع المدني ومراكز المعرفة من تقديم حلول للقضايا المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا لتحقيق العدالة للضحايا والحصول على التعويضات لهم والوقوف ضد الإفلات من العقاب لمرتكبي انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان.

#تونس: تُعرب لجنة العدالة (Committee for Justice – CFJ) عن إدانتها الشديدة للملاحقات الأمنية والقضائية التي طالت عدداً من المواطنين والشباب والقاصرين والموثقين بجهة المهدية (ولاية المهدية ومنطقة برج الرأس)، على خلفية مشاركتهم وتوثيقهم لتحركات احتجاجية سلمية للمطالبة بحقهم الأساسي في التزود بماء الشرب إثر انقطاعه المتواصل لأسابيع. وتؤكد اللجنة أن اللجوء إلى إحالة محتجين سلميين وقاصرين بتهم جنائية خطيرة تتعلق بـ “التآمر على أمن الدولة” وتفعيل الفصل 72 من مجلة الجزائية والمرسوم 54، يُمثل انحرافاً خطيراً بالسلطة وتوظيفاً لأجهزة العدالة لتجريم المطالب الاجتماعية المشروعة ومواجهة الأزمات الخدمية بالحلول الأمنية والترهيبية.

Tunisie : Le Comité pour la Justice (Committee for Justice – CFJ) condamne fermement les poursuites sécuritaires et judiciaires visant des citoyens, des jeunes, des mineurs et des observateurs dans la gouvernorat de Mahdia (notamment dans la zone de Borj El Ras). Ces poursuites font suite à leur participation ou à la documentation de manifestations paisibles réclamant l’accès à l’eau potable après des semaines d’interruption. Le CFJ souligne que l’utilisation d’accusations graves de « complot contre la sécurité de l’État » et l’application d’articles pénitenciers répressifs contre des manifestants pacifiques constituent un détournement de pouvoir flagrant visant à intimider la population et à masquer les faillites de gestion des services publics.

#مصر: رصدت لجنة العدالة تجدد احتجاجات عمال شركة مياه الشرب والصرف الصحي بالقاهرة خلال الأيام الأخيرة، بتنظيم وقفات احتجاجية في عدد من المحطات الرئيسية للمطالبة بضم العلاوات التي يقول العمال إنها متأخرة منذ عام 2016، بالتزامن مع استدعاء جهاز الأمن الوطني بوزارة الداخلية خمسة من العمال المشاركين في الاحتجاجات، وفقًا لإفادات عمال شاركوا فيها.

: The Committee for Justice (CFJ) has documented the renewal of protests by workers of the Cairo Drinking Water and Wastewater Company in recent days, as employees organized protest vigils at several major stations to demand the inclusion of allowances that workers say have remained unpaid since 2016. The protests coincided with the reported summoning of five workers by the National Security Agency of the Ministry of Interior due to their participation in the demonstrations, according to statements from workers involved in the protests.

#تونس: تُعرب لجنة العدالة (Committee for Justice – CFJ) عن قلقها البالغ وبُالغ انشغالها إثر تسجيل حالة وفاة مسترابة جديدة داخل السجون التونسية، راح ضحيتها المواطن التونسي المهاجر سابقاً طارق جحيدر (من أبناء ولاية مدنين)، بنزيله سجن صفاقس إثر نقله إلى المستشفى الجامعي بصفاقس. وتؤكد اللجنة أن تكرار حالات الوفيات داخل المؤسسات السجنية وأقسام الإنعاش، في ظل التكتّم الرسمي والظروف المناخية القاسية والإهمال الطبي والاكتظاظ، يُعد مؤشراً خطيراً على انتهاك الحق في الحياة والمقومات الأساسية لسلامة المحتجزين.

Tunisie : Le Comité pour la Justice (Committee for Justice – CFJ) exprime sa vive préoccupation suite au décès suspect du citoyen tunisien Tareq Jhaider (originaire de Médenine) à la prison de Sfax, après son transfert à l’hôpital universitaire. Le CFJ souligne que la récurrence des décès en milieu carcéral, surfond d’opacité officielle, de surpopulation et de négligence médicale, constitue une violation grave du droit à la vie et de l’obligation de protéger les personnes privées de liberté.

Déclaration Droits de l’Homme Le Committee for Justice (CFJ) documente avec préoccupation l’intensification des restrictions frappant la liberté d’expression artistique et numérique au Maroc, illustrée par l’arrestation du rappeur Tarek El Tazi, connu sous le nom de scène « T-Flow », interpellé à son domicile à Fès le 11 août 2026. #تونس: تُعرب لجنة العدالة (Committee for Justice – CFJ) عن استنكارها الشديد لسياسة التنكيل بالقضاة التونسيين واستهدافهم بقرارات جائرة صادرة عن وزارة السلطة التنفيذية، ممثلة في وزيرة العدل، والقاضية بإيقاف القضاة عن العمل تعسفياً وحرمانهم المباشر من أجورهم وتعطيل مساراتهم المهنية. وتؤكد اللجنة أن قرار الإيقاف الشفاهي وغير المسبب الصادر بحق عضو المكتب التنفيذي لجمعية القضاة التونسيين، القاضي محمد بن مفتاح، يُعد استهدافاً مباشراً لقاضٍ مستقل ولحرية العمل الجمعياتي والقضائي، وعزلاً مقنعاً يهدف إلى ترسيخ الفراغ المؤسسي وتقويض ما تبقى من استقلال السلطة القضائية.

Tunisie : Le Comité pour la Justice (Committee for Justice – CFJ) exprime sa ferme condamnation face à la politique de représailles menée par le pouvoir exécutif, représenté par la ministre de la Justice, contre les juges tunisiens à travers des décisions arbitraires de suspension de fonctions et de privation de salaire. Le CFJ confirme que la décision orale et non motivée visant le membre du bureau exécutif de l’Association des magistrats tunisiens, le juge Mohamed Ben Meftah, constitue une attaque directe contre un juge indépendant, une entrave à la liberté d’association et une révocation déguisée visant à détruire l’indépendance de la justice.
