A beautiful wedding, unforgettable memories… and sometimes, an unexpected little challenge. ✨
During the celebration, we received a call from one of the guests saying the photo booth had stopped working.
Our priority? To respond immediately.
We guided them over the phone to troubleshoot the issue and, later that evening at 11pm , we personally went to the venue to ensure everything was running perfectly.
In the end, it turned out to be nothing more than a cable that had simply come unplugged. 😅
This is what our customer service is all about.
