ISO 45010, the world’s first International Standard providing guidance on menstruation and menopause in the workplace, is now freely available.

Developed by experts from around the world, it helps organizations take practical action: from workplace culture and policies to manager training, workplace design and adjustments. It also includes guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The need is clear: 68% believe employers have a role to play in supporting menstruation and menopause at work.

By integrating these considerations into existing OH&S systems, organizations can strengthen wellbeing, support healthy and productive work and retain valuable talent.

Trust is the infrastructure of scale Innovation may begin with technical capability, but its ability to scale depends on something broader: trust.

Launched today at the Global Digital Collaboration Conference 2026: greater access to key International Standards supporting secure, interoperable digital credentials worldwide.

Together with International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), DIN and the OpenWallet Foundation, we are making a set of key standards supporting digital credentials more widely available, including the ISO/IEC 18013 and ISO/IEC 23220 series.

This means the standards that help digital credentials work securely and reliably - including mobile driving licenses - will be freely accessible to anyone worldwide.

For users, this is an important step towards more interoperable, secure and trusted digital credentials across borders.

For governments, businesses and developers, it means easier access to the common technical foundation needed to build, test and implement trusted digital identity solutions.

Because a more connected digital world depends on shared standards.
