What happens when everyday cooking becomes a challenge? 👨‍🍳♿

BHMS Executive Chef Shaun Leonard joined Adapt Dishes, an initiative by the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation, to create recipes designed for people with limited hand and arm function.

Together with people with spinal cord injuries, culinary experts and BHMS students, the project turned professional cooking knowledge into practical, accessible recipes — proving that great food can be inclusive too. 🍽️✨

This week at BHMS, we celebrated the launch of Customer Engagement Strategy by our lecturer Joern Schlimm with a special book signing on campus. 🎓

His message? The future belongs to the curious, adaptable, and purposeful — those who embrace innovation to create real value.

That’s exactly what we aim to bring to our students: relevant learning, real industry expertise, and the confidence to think ahead.

It was a great pleasure for BHMS to welcome our Best Performance Partners from Vietnam, Cambodia and the Philippines to an exclusive gathering in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.🇻🇳

The gathering opened with warm welcome remarks from Mr. Heinrich Meister, President & CEO of BHMS and the Benedict Education Group. and Mr. Urs Eberhardt, Regional Director, Asia Pacific, setting the tone for an afternoon and evening of meaningful connection.✨🙌🏻

Our afternoon continued with a memorable sunset cruise along the Saigon River, offering a relaxed setting to connect, exchange ideas and celebrate the strong partnerships that continue to contribute to BHMS’s growth across the region.🌅

The evening concluded with an elegant networking reception and fine dining experience, bringing together BHMS leadership, the President of the BHMS Alumni Chapter and our valued partners. 🥂

We were also honoured by the presence of the Consul General of Switzerland in Vietnam, Mr. Werner Bardill whose participation made the evening even more meaningful and further highlighted the strong connection between Switzerland and our international education community in South-East Asia.

Our sincere thanks to all our partners for your continued trust, commitment and dedication to creating meaningful educational opportunities for students across the region.

What a weekend! Our hiking team headed up Mount Pilatus and couldn’t have asked for better conditions: blue skies, sunshine, breathtaking views, and plenty of great moments along the way. ☀️⛰️

Adventures like this are made possible thanks to our B.H.M.S Sports&Activities bringing our community together beyond the classroom and giving everyone the chance to get active, explore Switzerland, and make unforgettable memories. 💪🏻

For our BHMS students, it was much more than a day outside the classroom. It was a chance to put their skills into action, take responsibility, work as a team and experience the true spirit of hospitality — hands-on, meaningful and with plenty of fun along the way.

Great food. Great people. Great teamwork. And a little less food waste. ♻️

Led by Mr. Heinrich Meister, President & CEO of BHMS Business & Hotel Management School and the Benedict Education Group, the BHMS delegation was pleased to engage in productive discussions on strengthening international collaboration and advancing the exciting Triple Degree initiative between Thailand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
