Three years booze-free.

Three years “sober”.

Three years “off the pi$s”.🤣

On December 18, 2021 I said to
myself: “Life is for living, and I don’t want to waste it any more.” 🤙

I’m not here to preach. Alcohol was my personal problem, it really was just not for me. It is is fine for many people. But it was holding me back.

I’m allowed to be proud of what I’ve done. I talk about it because I want people to know there is nothing to be ashamed of if there are things in your life holding you back too.

I decided to leave mine behind.

I chose to Connect with myself. 💜

I chose to live with Optimsm.💜

I chose to work with Purpose.💜

I chose to Change.💜

There is nothing special about me. I have got the same heart and brain as everybody else. If I can change, you can too.
