September is here. And WiSTEM is only 2 months away...
You said you wanted more opportunities.
More connections.
More conversations.
More women building the future with technology.
Well, this is your sign to get ready.
The Women in STEM Conference 2026 is fast approaching, and we’re bringing women, girls, innovators, students, industry leaders and changemakers together for conversations and experiences that matter.
2 months to go.
The question is no longer “Will WiSTEM happen?”
The question is:
Will you be in the room?
November 13, 2026.
Start making plans.
Tell a friend.
And get ready for WiSTEM CON26.
Will you be there?
September is here....
What are you building this month?
A new month is more than turning the page on the calendar. It’s another chance to learn something new, sharpen your skills, start that project and take yourself a little more seriously.
At Data Girl Technologies, we believe every woman and girl deserves the opportunity to learn, build and thrive in tech.
So, this September, choose growth.
Choose learning.
Choose to keep showing up.
Happy New Month from Data Girl Technologies.
Here’s to a September filled with new skills, new opportunities and new possibilities.

To our trainers, team, and every student who made this possible, thank you for showing up and doing the work.
We can’t wait to see what you build next.

We said we'd come back.
We're back.
WiSTEM is now in its 3rd edition. And if you've followed us since the maiden edition, you know this didn't start as just a "conference."
It started as a room full of girls who'd never been told a career in tech was actually for them.
The first edition taught us there was a need
Second, the demand was bigger than one weekend a year.
Now, the third is us building it properly...
November 13, Buea.
Hybrid. Free.
We are asking you to follow along. This is going to be a good one.
Meanwhile, now is the perfect time to save a spot for yourself.

Women are already building in STEM.
The question is: are we creating enough room for them to lead?
This is one of the conversations we’re bringing to WiSTEM 2026.
And this Monday, we want to hear from you:
What is the biggest thing holding women back in STEM today?

"Can women really succeed in tech?"
It's a question women still get asked every day.
The answer isn't theory. It's proof.
From software engineers and AI researchers to founders, cybersecurity experts and product designers, women are building companies, creating solutions, leading teams, and shaping the future of technology.
In this video, our PRO mentions women who are already doing it, because sometimes seeing someone who looks like you changes everything.
And if you've ever wondered where to start, this is your invitation.

Learning a tech skill is not a money-making shortcut.
And this is where many people get it wrong.
You can learn coding, data, AI, design or digital marketing and still struggle to make money from it.
Why? Because the skill is only the starting point.
You still have to practice. Build. Put yourself out there. Find clients. Apply for opportunities. Learn how to communicate your value.
And most importantly, keep going when things don't happen immediately.
The skill opens the door. The work you put in determines what happens next.
So before you say, "I learned tech and it didn't pay me," ask yourself: what did you do with the skill?
