Inspiring dreams. Exploring careers. Breaking professional Stereotypes. Breaking Professional Stereotypes!

The Future Pilot Project (FPP) by Career Compass is a bold career orientation initiative designed to break professional stereotypes and open young minds to a world of possibilities. Through a unique, flight-based experience, participants aged 5–21 explore diverse professions, cultures, and industries especially STEM-driven sectors, during an immersive one-week program of professional company visits and real-world exposure. After completing two or more national programs, focused and returning participants become eligible for international career trips, expanding their horizons within their chosen fields. Because talent should never be limited by finances, The Future Pilot Project (FPP) runs a scholarship program to support deserving participants, made possible through partnerships and sponsors who believe in shaping the future.

It only takes one believer.

One parent who says “my child deserves more.”
One sponsor who says “I will help carry this dream.”
One mentor who says “I will show them the way.”

Since 2019, the Future Pilot Project has impacted over 50 children, many through full or partial scholarships—because people chose to believe in potential over limitation.

As we prepare for our next chapters, we are calling on parents, partners, and friends of the vision to join us.

💬 How would you like to be part of shaping a child’s future?

Why the Future Pilot Project exists.

For years in the past, many children grew up believing there were only a few “acceptable” professions to dream of—not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked exposure, finances or knowledge of more.

At Career Compass, we believe career guidance should start early, be practical, and be experiential.

That’s why the Future Pilot Project exposes children aged 8–21 to real professions, real workplaces, and real role models—through travel, mentorship, and professional tours.

Every child deserves to know what is possible before life makes the decision for them.

💡 If you could expose a child to just ONE profession today, which would it be—and why?

Before the flight, there was faith. ✈️

In 2019, six children—aged 5 to 13—stood at an airport for the very first time.

They had just said goodbye to their parents. They were about to travel with people they barely knew. And all they had was a promise: this experience would change how they see the world.

For many of them, it wasn’t just their first flight.
It was the first time they realized that their dreams could travel farther than their environment.

This is how the Future Pilot Project began.
And this is why we do what we do.

💬 Do you remember your first big “unknown” moment as a child?

The moment before everything changed.

Seated here are our very first Future Pilot Project participants, just 5 to 13 years old, listening attentively as their journey was about to begin. Some were excited. Some were nervous. All of them were stepping into the unknown for the very first time.

Behind them sat the real heroes of this story: Parents who chose courage over fear. Parents who believed their children deserved *more than what they themselves were given*. Parents who dared to let go, trusting a vision bigger than comfort.

At this point, no one knew exactly what lay ahead, only that something meaningful was about to happen.

This wasn’t just a briefing. It was the handover of dreams.
It was the moment belief turned into action.

Because all it really takes to change a child’s future is one parent who says yes, one opportunity, and one chance to see beyond the familiar.

✨ This is where futures began to take shape.
✈️ This is where dreams are prepared to take flight.

If you’re a parent, guardian, mentor, or believer in potential—this picture is for you.

What made you believe in your child’s dreams for the first time?
