INTERNATIONAL DAY OF CHARITY | 5 SEPTEMBER 2026
Small acts.
Shared love.
Stronger communities.
Today, as the world observes the International Day of Charity, CAMCUDA joins the global call to give, serve and inspire.
Charity is not only about giving what we have in excess. It is about recognizing a need, showing compassion and choosing to make a difference — no matter how small the gesture may seem.
Through initiatives such as our community outreach programmes and donations of essential equipment, CAMCUDA remains committed to supporting communities and contributing to meaningful, sustainable development.
Because sometimes, a simple act of kindness can restore hope.
Sometimes, what we consider small can be life-changing to someone else.
Today, we celebrate everyone who gives their time, resources, skills and heart to make someone else's journey a little easier.
Give. Serve. Inspire.
Together, we can build stronger, more compassionate communities.
Happy International Day of Charity!

ZION HEALTH FOUNDATION THRILLED OVER OXYGEN CYLINDER DONATION CEREMONY
For the people of Idenau Sub Division in the South West Region of Cameroon, this oxygen cylinder donation means much more than a piece of medical equipment — it means lives saved, risks avoided, and dignity preserved.
Before now, patients in critical need of oxygen often had to be transported from Idenau to neighboring towns like Limbe or Buea — a journey that comes with real dangers: the risk of the patient's medical condition deteriorating along the way, the hazards of the road itself, and the added financial burden on already struggling families.
Every minute lost in transit could mean the difference between life and death.
With this donation from the Miss Crown of Peace 2026 Outreach Programme and mother Organisation CAMCUDA PROJECT , Zion Health Foundation can now offer life-saving oxygen support right within the community — sparing patients the risk of travel, reducing exposure to road accidents, and cutting the cost of emergency transfers. It's a small cylinder with an enormous impact.
The handover ceremony, held at Zion Health Foundation, brought together staff of the foundation, the Assistant Divisional Officer for Idenau -West Coast, quarter heads, and residents of Idenau Municipality, alongside the CAMCUDA team.
Speaking at the event, Miss Crown of Peace 2026, Bellvanni Makane, noted that under the Outreach Program of Miss Crown of Peace, this donation will go a long way in saving lives and reaching out to the community.
The National Coordinator of CAMCUDA Project emphasized that such projects are designed to target the grassroots — bringing impact directly to the communities that need it most.
The Assistant Divisional Officer further encouraged Zion Health Foundation to take good care of the medical equipment, reminding them that they are the caretakers and should be at the service of the community.
This is what community impact looks like — closer care, fewer risks, and real hope for the people of Idenau.

She had dreams. She had a future. She had a name.
Femicide steals more than a life — it steals every tomorrow she was owed. Her voice mattered. Her safety mattered. Her story mattered.
This isn't just a hashtag — it's a call to action. Speak up. Protect. Believe survivors. Hold abusers accountable.
🚫 No to violence
🚫 No to abuse
🚫 No to silence
Not one more.

🎓 To everyone who just finished Upper Sixth, take a breath. You did it! 🎉
Now comes the part nobody fully prepares you for: deciding what’s next. And here’s the truth, there’s no single “right” path.
A few things are worth remembering as you figure it all out:
✨ University isn’t the only route. Vocational training, apprenticeships, gap years, and going straight into work can all lead somewhere great. It depends on YOU, not on what everyone else is doing.
✨ It’s okay not to have everything figured out yet. Clarity often comes from trying new things, not from waiting for the “perfect” answer.
✨ Talk to people who are a few steps ahead. Recent graduates, professionals, mentors, and people in fields you’re interested in can share experiences that may save you time, uncertainty, and unnecessary doubt.
✨ Your results don’t define your worth. They’re a data point, not a verdict on your future. One set of results doesn’t determine everything you’re capable of achieving.
✨ Choose based on your strengths and interests, not pressure. A path that genuinely fits you will always be better than one that simply looks impressive to others.
Whatever you choose next, take the step. 🚶🏽♀️🚶🏽♂️ You can always adjust your course along the way.
What you can’t do is stay stuck, waiting for a certainty that may never come.
You’ve got this. 💪🏽✨

🐝 BUZZING WITH PROGRESS AT CAMCUDA FARMS! 🐝
This past Sunday, 23rd August 2026, the CAMCUDA team rolled up their sleeves for an exciting hands-on activity — the installation of beehives at our farm project site!
From carefully assembling the wooden hive frames to transporting and mounting the hives on their stands right in the heart of the farm, our dedicated team of Agro technicians and interns worked together to bring this initiative to life.
Beekeeping is more than just honey production — it's a sustainable way to boost pollination, support biodiversity, and open up new income opportunities for our farming communities.
This is another step forward in CAMCUDA's mission to promote sustainable agriculture and empower local livelihoods.
A big thank you to everyone who contributed their time and skill to make this installation a success!
More sweet updates (pun intended) to come as our hives settle in.
