SANCHANG pump performance testing is strictly according to ISO9906‑2B standard.
Every pump unit undergoes comprehensive inspections covering flow rate, head, efficiency, power consumption and NPSHr before delivery.
Professional test instruments are regularly calibrated to guarantee measuring accuracy and data authenticity. All test records are fully documented and traceable for each pump product.
Deviations are controlled within the tolerance range specified by the standard. Rigorous testing helps identify potential defects early, ensuring stable, reliable long‑term operation under actual working conditions and meeting customers’ strict technical requirements for industrial pumping equipment.
Our testing centre was authorized with National Grade 1 certificate, the maximum power is 5000kW, which covered a wide range of flow rate & delivery head.

The self-balancing type of multistage pump adopted the design of "back to back" arranged impellers, which balanced the axial force without extra mechanical balance parts (traditional balance disc, plate, ring). It could release the axial tension and vibration during operation.

API610 standard OH1/OH2 end suction pumps in our workshop.
OH1 adopts foot-mounted structure for medium-temperature fluid transport with easy disassembly. OH2 uses centerline mounting to offset thermal deformation, fitting high-temperature refining and petrochemical media.
