1250 Double twist stranding machine is dedicated to twist aluminum and copper round compress conductor.Double twist stranding machine contains a external rotation pressure die structure, and provide the required traction used for compress conductor, when the conductor compress, the take-up part of bundling machine will obtain, and have a special line way to reduce torque between rotating traction wheel and take-up bobbin, can ensure that there is a good round conductor.

Today, Linda visited our customer's factory to learn more about how our equipment (3150 drum twisting machine )is performing in actual production and to discuss their current needs and feedback.

During the visit, we also introduced our Drum Twisting Machine, including its applications and production advantages.

Machine Advantages：
1. This machine is primarily designed for the stranding and cabling of large-cross-section, long-length power cables; it also supports steel wire/tape armoring and copper wire/tape shielding processes.

2. A programmable logic controller (PLC) and touch screen manage the entire machine, coordinating the startup, operation, and synchronous rotation of motors across various sections.

3. The pay-off, stranding cage, taping, haul-off, and traverse motors are all AC variable-frequency motors controlled by variable-frequency drives (VFDs). The take-up motor is a DC motor controlled by an SSD Parker 590 series DC drive. The system offers stable performance, a low failure rate, and easy maintenance.

4. The traverse pitch can be set, modified, and displayed on the touch screen. The touch screen also allows for the configuration of left/right traverse directions, as well as inching and rapid traverse adjustments.

5. The take-up unit utilizes a DC motor. Take-up tension can be set, modified, and displayed on the touch screen, and the unit supports forward/reverse inching.

6. The pay-off stand features an independently driven rotating mechanism, ensuring ease of installation, operation, and maintenance. It can rotate synchronously with the rotating take-up stand or operate independently in inching mode.
