provides Costa Rica Real Estate sales and rentals, from our Surfside Potrero/Flamingo office, servicing the Guanacaste province from the Gulf of Papagayo to the Nicoya peninsula. I landed in Costa Rica for the first time in 2005 and I fell in love with the province of Guanacaste. In 2006 I moved into the country and in 2007 created Surfside Properties. Since then I met the most interesting people and I had the luck to help them buy and sell their property. Today, Surfside Properties is still alive and I am proud of my company.
