It’s hard to find the right words for this post- but all I can really say right now is that I am really freakin proud of myself! This year looked nothing like we planned, but we embraced the journey and I get to come home with my second world championship medal!
Silver isn’t the goal, but it still feels pretty damn good!
It’s been a tough year, physically and mentally, and there are a lot of people that stood by my side every step of the way and I couldn’t imagine my corner without any of you! You know who you are- so, thank you!! WE earned that medal! And WE are going to ride this wave and win many more in the future! Much love to you all!🤍

Life w you is ✨golden✨

The show will go on.. just a little later.

I am sad to announce that I will be delaying my Final X wrestle off due to an injury.

But you better believe I am coming to claim my 62kg spot later this summer when my body is ready so that I can make the run towards another world medal! But this time I am swapping the silver for gold😈

I am beyond thankful for the coaches, medical help, family, and friends that I have in my corner helping me both mentally and physically during this little bump in the road! Can’t wait to take over the world with you all!🤍

Business trip or something like that😎💼

Look at how cute the birthday girl is!!🥺
Can’t wait to celebrate with you so so soon!! I love you!!🎉🎈💛
