We brought our favorite people to work. ❤️

We opened our doors for Parents Day for the 3️⃣rd time ever — welcoming the people who played the biggest role in shaping who we are today. Parents, grandparents, siblings, uncles and aunts... and those one-of-a-kind friends who always had our backs. We wanted them to see where we make games, meet our team, experience where we collaborate — and most importantly, to get a real taste of the culture we’re so proud of.

Mladen Dulanović, VP of Strategy and Growth, kicked things off with an intro to Nordeus, a little bit about our history, and our games. Marija Beslać, Director of Comms and Partnerships at Nordeus Fondacija , shared the mission and impact that has driven us since day one.

And then came the surprise — heartfelt messages from their kids and fellow Nordeans that nobody saw coming. 🤗

After that? The parents took over — hanging out, reconnecting, and meeting new faces, and of course, playing games.

🚀Nordeus Mentorship Program 2026 has officially started!

What an incredible start to the 8-week journey! We officially kicked off the program by welcoming our first cohort into the Nordeus office.

We opened our doors with a full tour of the space, followed by an intro session setting expectations for the next two months. Mladen Dikic, Lead Product Manager, then delivered a deep dive on Gaming as a Business, giving our mentees a strong foundation for their first steps in gaming.

The best part? Seeing all the mentees finally meet their mentors in person and connect over their shared tracks! 🙌
