📘 The EN-AI-BLE Best Practices Handbook is reaching wider European audiences!

We are pleased to see the EN-AI-BLE Best Practices Handbook featured in recent articles on EfVET and EPALE. The EfVET article was also included in the organisation’s newsletter, further extending its reach within the European VET community.

The Handbook brings together good practices and practical approaches that support more inclusive learning opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities.

Through EfVET, the Handbook reaches the European VET community, while its publication on EPALE brings it closer to professionals working in adult education and lifelong learning.

💻 What will the EN-AI-BLE learning platform offer?

The EN-AI-BLE platform is currently being developed to support people with intellectual disabilities in learning practical skills for employment.

👩‍💻 Learners will find simple and accessible training in electronics, with images, audio, quizzes and interactive activities.

👩‍🏫 Educators and trainers will have useful resources to help them support learners and follow their progress.

🤖 AI tools will also be part of the platform. They will provide feedback, support learning and make activities more engaging.

The goal? To make learning more accessible, practical and adapted to each learner’s needs.

EN-AI-BLE is building an inclusive AI-supported learning platform - EN-AI-BLE How can people with intellectual disabilities develop practical skills for employment? This is one of the key questions behind the EN-AI-BLE project.

📍 Patras, Greece | EN-AI-BLE Best Practices Handbook Workshops

On 30 June and 2 July 2026, two EN-AI-BLE Best Practices Handbook Workshops were successfully held in Patras, Greece, bringing together 25 participants in total.

The workshops introduced the EN-AI-BLE Best Practices Handbook, presenting inspiring European initiatives and practical AI tools that support more inclusive vocational education and training for people with intellectual difficulties.

Participants explored AI-based methodologies and discussed how they can be used to create more accessible, personalised and engaging learning experiences.

These knowledge-sharing workshops are an important part of EN-AI-BLE, helping educators, trainers, policymakers and other stakeholders exchange ideas and promote innovative and inclusive VET practices across Europe.

🎉 A successful EN-AI-BLE Workshop in Spain!

On 23 June 2026, Gureak, Fadura Ikastetxea and BIRA - Basque International Research Association successfully organised the EN-AI-BLE workshop in Donostia-San Sebastián, bringing together more than 20 participants, both in person and online.

The workshop provided an excellent opportunity for VET providers, disability organisations, educators and researchers to exchange knowledge and explore how Artificial Intelligence can support more accessible, inclusive and effective vocational education for people with intellectual disabilities.

Throughout the workshop, participants:

✅ Learned more about the EN-AI-BLE project and met the project partners.

📘 Explored the EN-AI-BLE Best Practices Handbook, showcasing practical approaches for inclusive vocational education.

🤖 Discovered AI-powered educational tools and their potential to support learning and training for people with intellectual disabilities.

💬 Exchanged ideas and experiences during an interactive discussion on inclusive education and digital innovation.

🏢 Concluded the day with a visit to the GUREAK facilities, including its Vocational Training Centre, the Goienetxe workshop and the Datapost facilities, gaining first-hand insights into inclusive training and employment practices.
