Xenex is Croatian based techno DJ and producer from Vukovar. He has been involved in the underground techno scene since 2006 and has a considerable number of performances in some of the famous regional clubs. In addition to local performances, he also records some in foreign countries such as China, Austria, Slovenia, Bosnia and Serbia. Paul, Goncalo M, Axel Karakasis, Petar Dundov, Insolate, DJ Jock, DJ Ogi, Lag, Milo Raad, Avoid, Dejan Miličević, Muhi, Alen Milivojević, Veztax, Reaky, Rydel and most local artists in his region. In 2013 he got into music production and till now his releases can be found on record labels such as DSR Digital, Naked Lunch, Eclipse Recordings, Dolma, Reload Black, Black Square, Fever, Audioelite etc. His tracks could often be found in the Beatport charts as well as charted and played by artists such as: I Hate Models, Viper Diva (Shlømo & Hadone), A.Paul, Goncalo M, DJ Ogi, The Yellow Heads, David Temessi, Du'Art, Boriqua Tribez, Lea Dobričić. Style he plays is based on a more straightforward and dark techno sound with main focus on strong percussive rhythms and dynamics. In his sets he also likes to combine different elements and styles depending on the crowd and the atmosphere at the given moment. His point of view is that techno is a music style that is constantly evolving and so should we as artists who play it. In 2018 he co-founded electronic music association RE:CODE in Osijek for promoting electronic music culture. With its concept and vision, RE:CODE managed in a short period of time to become one of the leading organizations for promotion of the harder underground techno sound by showcasing international artists that never before played in its region.

Big thanks to , , and who's work I personally follow and all the other artists from the lists. This gives me the motivation to get back into producing again 🫶
My new track "Empress Of Blades" will be included on .croatia first launch release.
