A residential project by Amaks Gradnja in Novi Sad (Serbia) has been successfully completed with PIERRE smart home technology.

The system gives residents simple control over key functions in their apartments, bringing everyday comfort and smart functionality into one connected solution.

With the project now completed, PIERRE is part of the everyday living experience for residents of the building.

VM Condominium, a new residential complex in the center of Kragujevac, Serbia, will feature PIERRE smart home technology.

The project includes five residential buildings with 220 apartments, 250 garage spaces, and 11 commercial units.

With PIERRE, residents will have simple control over key functions in their homes through one connected system, designed to make everyday living more convenient and flexible.

Aura Home, a new residential project Novi Sad (Serbia) will feature PIERRE smart home technology across all six apartments.

The system will integrate building access and intercom, video surveillance of common areas, smart locks, heating, cooling, boiler control, blinds, and safety sensors.

Residents will be able to manage key home functions through the PIERRE app or directly from the apartment, with the flexibility to expand the system according to their needs in the future.

Air Gate Elite, a new residential project by Buha Invest in Sremska Kamenica (Serbia) will bring PIERRE technology to 78 apartments.

The system will include smart intercom and entrance control, as well as boiler management in every apartment. Selected apartments will also feature control of window blinds.

With these functions integrated into one system, residents will have simple control over key parts of their home and building access.

FIIVE Residences in Kožino (Zadar, Croatia), will feature PIERRE smart home technology throughout the project.

Residents will be able to manage lighting, climate, and security through the PIERRE app or an in-home touchscreen, keeping key home functions simple and accessible.

Combined with efficient cooling and green roof insulation, the project brings together smart control, comfort, and energy-conscious living.

The Terrace, a new residential project in Podgora (Croatia), will feature PIERRE smart home technology in every apartment.

Residents will be able to control lighting, heating, cooling, and external blinds through the PIERRE app or a built-in touchscreen display, with individual room temperature control and integrated safety functions.
Building access will be managed through a smart video intercom with facial recognition or directly via the mobile app, giving residents simple control of both their apartment and building entry.

PIERRE technology has been selected for a new residential project by City Izgradnja in Petra Lekovića Street, Subotica, with 61 apartments.

The apartments will be Smart Ready and equipped with a PIERRE smart intercom, heating and cooling control, motion sensors, and flood sensors.

The system gives residents control over key home functions while leaving room for additional smart features to be easily added in the future.

PIERRE will be part of a new residential project by Prestige Line in Subotica, featuring 66 apartments.

The project will include PIERRE smart intercom technology, while all apartments will be Smart Ready and prepared for future smart home upgrades.

PIERRE will also provide control of heating and cooling, giving residents simple management of key home functions.
