We spend so much time talking about productivity at work. But how often do we create space for the people behind it?
After being in the corporate setting all my adult life and after more than ten years of developing my holistic work, I've finally taken the step towards a different perspective.
Rather than looking at people simply through the lens of productivity, performance and results, I want to explore what happens when we create more space for awareness, reflection and wellbeing in the workplace.
I'm now offering corporate wellbeing sessions designed to give people intentional moments to pause, reset and reconnect during the working day.
These can include:
• Guided mindfulness and grounding exercises
• Short reflective practices
• Stress-awareness sessions
• Relaxation and breathing techniques
• Group conversations around self-awareness and emotional wellbeing
• Practical ways of recognising and managing everyday pressure
Sessions can be adapted for team workshops, wellbeing days, smaller groups or individual workplace sessions, depending on the needs of the organisation.
The aim isn't to turn the workplace into a therapy room.
It's simply about recognising that behind every role, every deadline and every target is a human being. Someone who sometimes needs a moment to stop, breathe, reflect and reset.
Because whether I'm working with an individual or a group of people in a workplace, I keep coming back to the same belief:
When people have more space to understand themselves, they have more capacity to make conscious choices about how they live, work and relate to others.
And I'm really curious to see where it leads. 🤍

Some collaborations begin with a business idea. Others begin with knowing and appreciating someone for a long time.
I'm very happy to be reconnecting with Julie biovitaebyjulie and to be able to support one another through our work.
I've known Julie for quite some time, and I've always admired the way she approaches wellbeing. She is a holistic therapist based in Paphos, working with bioresonance & Lomi Lomi massage.
Our approaches are different, and I think that's exactly what makes this collaboration so interesting.
We don't need to offer the same thing to support the same person. Sometimes you simply need to find the approach that feels right for you.
And if you're not sure where to start, Julie is a wonderful first point of contact. She can help you explore what might be suitable for you, and from there, our paths may lead in different directions or perhaps complement each other.
For me, this isn't about creating one big answer to wellbeing. It's about having more people, perspectives and possibilities available to us.
I'm really happy that our paths have crossed once again.
May the future bring us new ways to support each other and, most importantly, new ways to help people feel better. 🤍

Does your mum think your knitting is old-fashioned?
Maybe she wonders why you'd rather spend an afternoon with a ball of wool than doing something she considers more exciting.
But perhaps that's exactly the point.
What brings you fulfilment might look completely ordinary to someone else. It might be knitting. Gardening. Dancing in your kitchen. Building something. Reading the same book for the tenth time. Sitting quietly with a cup of tea.
It doesn't have to make sense to anyone else.
But there is an important distinction we sometimes forget:
Fulfilment and addiction can feel surprisingly similar.
Both can make you feel good. Both can give you something to look forward to. Both can become something you reach for when you need comfort.
So how do you know when something you love has stopped serving you?
Maybe the question isn't simply, “Does this make me feel good?”
Maybe it's, “What happens when I try not to do it?”
If you're struggling to understand where that line is, DM me. We can explore it together. 🤍

“A man unwilling to fight for what he wants deserves what he gets.”
That line is from Captain Hook in Once Upon a Time Once Upon A Time and yes, I know, not exactly where you'd expect to find relationship wisdom.
Have you had the pleasure of watching it? I actually devoured the first season in one sitting. I’m not proud of this. 😂
But getting back to the point…
A long-lasting partnership isn't only about finding the “right” person, and it certainly isn't only about love.
It's about trust. Timing. Circumstances. Compatibility. Willingness. And, sometimes, simply whether two people are in the right place in their lives to build something together.
Because the right person can still come at the wrong time.
And sometimes we stay attached to a situation because we're looking at it from where we are right now. We can only see as far as the present moment, so we convince ourselves that this is all there is.
Don't idealise a situation simply because you can't see what comes next.
Sometimes letting go of what isn't working creates space for something that fits you better. And sometimes, the work is understanding whether there is something worth fighting for and whether both people are actually willing to fight for it.
If you're confused about where you stand, DM me. We can look at it together from a different perspective. 🤍

Have you ever reached a dead end?
Most of the time, it simply feels like one. Like there’s nowhere left to go, and the only option is to accept that you’ve failed.
Until you look back and realise you can take a step back. Or two.
You can return to base, catch your breath, and change direction.
It might feel like losing. It might look like failure from the outside. But maybe it’s not either.
Maybe it’s re-direction. Re-energising. Re-evaluating.
Sometimes, going back is exactly what you need to find a way forward that actually suits you.
And sometimes, you don't have the courage to take that first step back on your own. You need someone to take your hand, walk with you, and remind you that going back doesn't mean giving up.
If you're feeling stuck at a dead end, DM me. I can help you take that step back and find a way forward that feels more like you. 🤍

Think about marriage.
You can choose someone without knowing exactly what the future will look like. You take the leap because you believe in the person, in the relationship, and in what the two of you can build together.
But the leap is only the beginning.
Relationships will challenge you. There will be moments when you question whether leaving would be easier, or whether separation will somehow bring the change you're looking for.
But sometimes, the change you're looking for doesn't come from leaving. Sometimes, it starts within you. Sometimes, you need patience. Sometimes, you need to learn to communicate differently, see the other person differently, or give things time to change.
Don't give up on someone before you've exhausted the possibilities, BUT make sure you're not the only one trying. A relationship can survive difficult seasons when both people are willing to look at themselves, grow, and do the work.
Are you feeling confused about your relationship? DM me, and we'll look at it from all perspectives. 🤍

Are you feeling brave lately?
Do you wake up in the morning ready to conquer the world?
For me, it’s not an every-day kind of thing.
Some days, I feel like the world is mine,
like I could manifest a random street festival out of thin air.
And then there are days when I doubt every word that comes out of my mouth, every decision I make, every meaning someone might have misinterpreted.
But I choose to keep going, even through those feelings of unease.
Because at the end of the day, you have to be okay with your choices.
Not because you were never afraid.
Not because you were always certain.
But because you chose to move forward anyway.
DM me if you’re fighting your own beliefs. Maybe we can figure them out together. 🤍

Try noticing the little things today.
The wind. The sky. A flower. The simplicity of nature, which, ironically, may be the most complex thing on Earth.
Isn’t it marvelous that we get to live surrounded by all of this?
Of course, when you’re in the middle of a city, surrounded by blasting horns, rushing people, endless notifications and a phone that never stops vibrating, the little things can start to lose their meaning.
But perhaps it’s in those little, ordinary moments that we find contentment, joy, and even happiness.
Maybe life doesn’t always need to be about more — more money, expensive cars, gold earrings, bigger houses, greater achievements.
Maybe sometimes, we just need to be.
Go outside. Sit beneath a tree. Watch the clouds. Feel the wind. Let nature remind you that there is beauty in simply being alive.
And if you ever feel lost in the made-up importance of this world, DM me.
Let’s find a better vision together. 🌿

My grandpa always used to say, “Movement is life.”
The moment you stop moving, you begin to stop living.
And honestly, have you noticed how much of our modern way of life is designed to keep us still?
We sit at our desks.
We sit in our cars.
We sit on the sofa.
We sit scrolling through our phones.
So start moving.
Wander the streets.
Walk through the forest.
Go to the beach.
Explore your own neighbourhood.
We praise travelling so much, but sometimes I think we miss the simplest part of it. It’s not always about how far you go or how exotic the destination is. Sometimes, it’s simply about getting out of your four walls and allowing your body and your MIND to experience something different.
And yes, the gym is all fun and games. It can make you stronger, fitter and, let’s be honest, give you that “pretty” appearance we all seem to value so much.
But movement is about something much bigger than how your body looks.
Your mind needs movement too.
It needs new surroundings.
New experiences.
New sensations.
Space to wander.
So keep calm and keep walking. ;)
And if you feel like you need a little more personalised inspiration to get yourself moving, in whatever way feels right for you, DM me. Let’s find what works for you. 🤍
