Free maintenance service is provided for longer rental periods and each customer is provided with complimentary protection gear, locks and luggage for specific products. We’re back in business!
The last few days have been incredibly difficult and upsetting for us, but one thing has carried us through, the incredible support of our community.
We are so grateful to the police and fire services for their swift response and continued work, and to our amazing customers, friends, neighbours and community for every message of support and kindness. It has meant so much to us.
We also want to reassure our customers that we are not going anywhere. Our commitment to you remains exactly the same, and we are working hard to get back up to 100%.
What has happened may have knocked us back, but it has not knocked us out.
The investigation remains ongoing, and we will leave that in the capable hands of the police.
Our focus now is on rebuilding, reopening and getting back to doing what we love. We look forward to welcoming you all back as soon as we can.
