Erasmus Student Network Liberec (ESN Liberec) tvoříme proto, aby se mohl stát křižovatkou pro všechny, kteří chtějí přijet studovat do Liberce nebo vyjet studovat z Liberce. Primární cíl je pomoci zahraničním studentům, kteří přijíždějí každý rok do Liberce plni očekávání, co jim vlastně Erasmus přinese.Protože je nechceme zklamat a máme chuť jim ukázat trochu české kultury, chtěli bychom vytvořit komunitu studentů - členů, kteří jim nabídnou různé možnosti jak poznat Čechy na kulturních, sportovních a jiných akcích. Pro české studenty je to vynikající příležitost vylepšit si angličtinu nebo jiný jazyk a poznat trochu zemi, kam se chystají vyjet studovat. Navíc tito členové budou moci dalším, budoucím členům předávat zkušenosti a díky tomu nebudou muset noví členové opakovat stejné chyby a budou moci posunout komunikaci, organizaci a celý klub zase někam dál. Další cílem vytvořit v Liberci mezičlánek v komunikaci student - univerzita, který zajistí lepší výměnu informací a zkušeností a umožní více propojit studenty v Liberci s univerzitou. V neposlední řadě je tu možnost potkat nové kamarády se stejnými cíli a nabrat trochu zkušeností s organizací a prací v týmu, což vylepší profil studenta Liberecké univerzity pro budoucí zaměstnání. můžeme tím vrátit své univerzitě nové znalosti, kterých se nám během studia dostalo.
