When I started questioning whether the chakra system is natural or actually a clever manipulation mechanism designed to suck energy and control the etheric body, many people laughed or thought I was crazy or that I had no idea what chakras are and how they work. Before you laugh or think these ideas are ridiculous, please allow me to explain. I hope that by the end of this article you will have a much better understanding of my thesis and the evidence supporting it.

Back from Prague after six weeks — the city of alchemists and Franz Kafka 😉

A place filled with mystery, stunning architecture, hidden stories, and a unique atmosphere unlike anywhere else 😎

I enjoyed my yoga practice at , made some new friends at and elsewhere, and spent a lot of time exploring, reflecting, and simply being present.

Prague has firmly earned a place in my top five cities in Europe. Sometimes, stepping away from your routine, experiencing a different culture, and seeing life from a new angle is exactly what you need. 🙏✨
