We believe that fitness is a state of mind, simple message we are providing is that being fit is inspiring, feels good and enriches your life. In CrossFit Meat Factory we are true addicts to sports and fitness. We’ve been doing ice hockey, swimming, MMA, kite surfing, snowboarding and many other sport trough years. After all these years we explore CrossFit, which literally changed our life. Now we are experienced to say that CrossFit adds years to your life, and life to your years. Beware! Once you start receiving crops of your efforts, it becomes highly addictive. You can’t get enough of feeling happy, becoming stronger and living your best life.

Turns out, Butchers don’t only lift heavy things. A lot of us ride bikes too. 🚲🥩
So we’re finally making it official: our first CFMF social ride aka Back to School Ride is happening this Sunday 6/9, led by the one and only Roman ❤️🔥
80 km. Road or gravel.
We roll out at 10:05 from the Butchery.
Our Butchers are always in when there’s a challenge to try. 😂

🥩 20 spots in each category
🥩 Open to both CFMF members and non-members.
The workouts will be inspired by Mayhem Programming—the same style of training we do every week in our classes. So if you’ve been showing up consistently, you’ll already have a pretty good idea of what’s waiting for you. 👀

Something exciting is cooking… 👀
This week, we had the chance to welcome the best HYROX athlete Tomas Tvrdik in the Czech Republic to the Butchery. 🤝
Our coaches spent some time together talking training, sharing ideas… and let’s just say this wasn’t the last time you’ll see him here.
Because together, we’re working on something special for this autumn. A HYROX workshop is officially in the making.
