Using Reliq's Custom Output Routing with
Befaco's Pony VCOs, Pony VCFs, and Iroi to give the drone as much body as possible.

The DAW doesn't have to be controlled separately from the hardware. Connecting Reliq and Bitwig via U-SYNC makes sure recording, working with clips, and controlling FX is exactly as precise when done from either Reliq or Bitwig🤝

Bitwig 6.1 comes with a Reliq extension and every Reliq includes a Bitwig 8-track license, so your flow stays together undisturbed.

1 sequencer track / (4 Eurorack oscillators + 1 FM synth) = 1 eight-voice hybrid polysynth? Yes. 🎹

On Reliq you can now split a single sequencer track's eight voices across whichever outputs you want. Basically, build your own polysynth out of almost anything in your setup.

Instead of rebuilding a tangle of cables and MIDI settings every time, you save the whole configuration as a custom instrument and load it whenever you need it.

Channeling our inner Dr. Frankenstein 🧑‍⚕️ (Dr. stands for Drum)

On Reliq you can now send each of the sixteen drum sounds to wherever it actually lives, MIDI channels for the drum machine, Gate outputs for the Eurorack modules, and USB if part of the kit is on the computer. All of it plays from one track, so you've essentially assembled a custom drum kit out of gear you already own.

Then you save it with a name, and the whole thing loads into any project as one instrument.

Summer might be almost over but we're keeping it hot with our fifth major OS update this year 🔥

Rlx 1.9.0 brings a completely new realm of possibilities for composing with the Custom Output Routings feature. Until now a Reliq track played one thing, a MIDI instrument, a USB destination, or a CV voice.

Now tracks, Automations, MIDI LFOs and Envelopes can all be routed to any combination of MIDI, USB MIDI, CV and Gate outputs. Four voices can drive your Eurorack oscillators while the other four play an FM synth.

Save the whole thing with a name and it becomes an instrument you can load into any project.

And that's not all:

Drum routing: send all sixteen drum sounds to different outputs
Freely assign CV LFOs and Envelopes
Sheet Navigation: zoom out and jump to any part of a long clip
Loop Range: loop just one section of a longer sequence

Turns out one little pattern was hiding a whole stack of melodies. 🎹

MonoMaker lets you pick which note in a polyphonic sequence your mono synth actually plays. Switch the priority from the first to the last note and the exact same pattern whips up a completely different groove.

Same notes in, endless grooves out 👌

Reliq has always been about giving you precise control over your whole setup. Rlx 1.8.0 leans right into that, from bulk parameter changes to nitty-gritty note edits, clip sequencing, and both automated and manual triggers. The point is, you get to adjust each aspect, whether you're producing in studio or performing live.

🔹Clip Sync: each clip changes on the timing you choose
