Hoa Rong was designed by restaurateur Tran Mai Huy Thong , whose vision draws deeply from Vietnamese folklore and the mountain villages of Sapa. That inspiration comes alive inside Hoa Rong: A glowing dragon of tiny metal scales winds across the ceiling, while a reed-roofed bar and carp figure complete the fairy-tale scene 🐉 In every corner, you can find something new that is influenced by Vietnamese culture.
