Santa Sangre Body Rituals

Blood is the most precious gift, and it’s used to write ancient stories. Santa Sangre is a project Gods yawns are loud enough to open canyons and generate stars.
SANTA SANGRE BODY RITUALS
Let us be quiet for a second, listen to the gods sleeping. They sleep through the daylight madness and the hidden obligations. Their dreams are made of sticky pollen, bees embroiding eternal paths. There, the bedtime tales are made out of ancient ropes and each knot has its own story. There, blood is the most precious gift, and it’s used to write ancient stories.

Santa Sangre Body Rituals is a project of blood related shows from Beto Rea (Kukulcan Rituals) and Darkam. They also offer private body suspension rituals. For enquiries: [email protected]

What a special day, of deep connections and energetic exchanges. To facilitate for Macuile and to see him flying is a gift, and to share it with such beautiful souls made it even more precious. Alessandra Favoritto Angela Reed . Thank you , you brought us all with you in your journey.
Before the suspension, Beto got his septum pierced in a ritualistic setting by the wise hands of Macuile
“In anahuac ( Mexico) was a powerful piercing and u need to deserve it, to have one.
I’m happy we did this ritual with my carnal Macuile in the setting this deserves.
Proud of my roots and a tribute to my ancestors”

made us look as if we were straight out of a Caravaggio painting, and we love it! Thank you for these amazing photos!
These are the first glimpses of one of the two performances we did last weekend at .duystere.markt in Eindhoven. We are extremely grateful to the organisers of this beautiful and powerful event and to the audience who shared their energy with us during the performances. We had a blast!
A big shout-out to all the backstage helpers, especially for the invaluable technical support and flawless belaying.
