Water, to me, works as a reminder of how much energy it takes to hold a feeling back, and the little difference it makes.

The feeling is still there. Hiding and waiting. Aching to come out while we’re neglecting its nature.

Creativity, emotions, identity… none of them want to be controlled, they need to move.

That’s the whole thing I keep learning, over and over, in my own life and with the creatives and founders I work with. I’m not here to provide answers, but rather to make space for them to stop performing “having it together” and just say the messy, real thing.

Where in your life are you holding something back that’s ready to move?

I walk through the ruins and think about how many times I tried to make myself “presentable” before I felt ready to be seen.

My work comes from years spent chasing a polished version of myself, until I understood people don’t connect with perfection. They connect with the cracks.

I work across digital strategy, Human Design and creative mentoring, but what I actually do is help people who’ve stopped trusting their own voice and vision find it again. To choose real over perfect.

What’s one “polished version” of yourself you’re ready to let go of?

I printed this, glued it to a wall in Neukölln, and walked away. A gift for the creative community in Berlin.

We often move through life as if we’re running out of time. Never quite fast enough, and rarely sure of where we’re even going.

But the feeling of being late? It’s not real. It’s the main product of a world that profits from you believing you’re behind.

We’re not running out of time. We’re just running, and nobody ever asked us to.

What’s the one thing you’d start today if you stopped believing you were already too late?
