On 1 Model Management was founded in 2003 by Jeannine Lehnert. Since then the Agency has built international contacts to partner agencies in London, Milan, New York and Paris. We are proud to work with some of the most recognized brands such as Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Nike, Audi- just to mention a few. Our team is growing into a dynamic, young group of creatives. We are constantly working on new ideas and developments to be market-oriented. Our focus is clearly on the need of our models therefore we have a limitation regarding the number of models we are working with. We want every model to find a great assistance in our unit and we guide and help them to make the right step into the national and international model industry. We are preparing our "New Generation" department as we have young models who will start their careers with us. Experienced photographers help us to bring out the best of each Newcomer and to prepare the portfolios. On 1 Management is taking care of the right match between the client and the model -only then, a publicity campaign can be special and successful!
