Air Candy

One week ago I had my hip resurfacing surgery… and today I graduated to the glamorous world of physiotherapy. 💁🏼‍♀️

One careful step at a time, rebuilding strength, confidence, and getting a little closer to doing what I love. Even though it’s not what I’m used to, it actually felt really good to move.

A week after hip resurfacing, and I’m grateful to be moving, getting stronger, and focusing on the process rather than the finish line. 💪🏽❤️‍🩹

Part 2 of my BTS at the last month with my chandelier! 😍
