We are curious to see the projects that have been send in and thrilled to coproduce this first edition of the festival with AWE!

Good news for the XR art community ➡ Art Festival Deadline Extended

We are extending the deadline for the AWE Art Festival submissions to April 6.
The festival, produced in partnership with I N V R, is looking for original narrative XR art and immersive video. If your work is selected, it will be featured at AWE USA 2026 in Long Beach this June.

We can host and display your work even if you are unable to attend the event in person.

Selected artists receive:
✅ An official 2026 AWE Art Festival selection badge.
✅ A full 4-day all-access pass to the event.
✅ A dedicated XR station in the expo hall to display your work.
✅ A speaking opportunity on the expo stage.
✅ Eligibility for a travel stipend of up to $500.

This is a great opportunity to share your creative vision with thousands of industry professionals as we explore the theme "Humans Empowered by Spatial AI."

Die Media Academy ist gestern mit einem gelungenen Auftakt in den zweiten Durchgang gestartet. Zahlreiche Trainees, Vertreter der Unternehmen sowie Förderer nutzten die Gelegenheit zum Austausch und zur Netzwerkbildung.

Die Media Academy freut sich, im zweiten Durchgang eine neue Generation von Talenten mit einer beeindruckenden Auswahl an Partnerunternehmen zusammenzubringen. Neben bewährten Partnern wie der UFA Production, TNT Media, Achtung Panda, I N V R , Schuldenberg Films, Syrreal Entertainment GmbH und MoveMe stoßen auch NewMatterFilm, Chromosom Film, Kundschafter Filmproduktion, Across Nations Filmverleih, Arkanum Pictures, BUCHFUNK Studios, Berlin Producers Media GmbH, EyeOpening.Media und The Post Republic zur Media Academy Berlin-Brandenburg hinzu. Gemeinsam werden sie ihren Trainees praxisnahe Einblicke in die vielfältige Welt der ermöglichen.
