🖤 JUAN ANTONIO HERNÁNDEZ “JOCHA” (1958–2026)

A true champion, on and off the stage.

Jocha wasn’t just a bodybuilding legend — he was a competitor, mentor, friend and inspiration to countless people.

From a young age in Tenerife, he competed in swimming, athletics, boxing and karate, building the determination that would define his life.

After a serious motorcycle accident, weight training became part of his rehabilitation — and bodybuilding became his passion.

From 1983 to 2004, Jocha competed at the highest level, achieving:

🏆 Canary Islands Champion
🏆 Multiple-time IFBB Spanish Champion
🏆 4th Place – 1987 IFBB Mr. Universe, Heavyweight
🥇 NABBA Dutch Champion
🥇 NABBA Master World Champion
🥉 European & World Championship podium finisher
🏆 Numerous national and international titles

But his greatest achievement wasn’t a trophy.

It was the people he helped.

His gym became a sanctuary for his community — a place where people could train, rebuild themselves and find support when life got tough.

Jocha gave his knowledge, strength and heart freely to anyone willing to put in the work.

The medals may tell part of the story.
The people he inspired tell the rest.
