Anaesthesia

Pt with severe low back pain since 6 months and radiculopathy left leg treated with L4-5 TFESI MIPSI. Pt Noted good pain relief post MIPSI. Excellent dye spread over L4-5 nerve root and epidural space can be seen. ☺️☺️☺️

Pt presented with severe low back pain with radiculopathy. pain radiating over left L5 Dermatome. Increase on forward flexion, walking, lying down. SLR 40*, MRI shows L4-5 PIVD compressing nerve root. Pt treated with Fluro guided L4-5 transforaminal epidural MIPSI. Pt noted good pain relief. Follow up awaited

Pt presented with low back pain and right leg radiculopathy. Pain increase on flexion and lying down. Disturbed sleep ++. pain is radiating to to right leg at L4 and L5 Dermatome.
MRI shows diffuse PIVD at L3-4 and L4-5 level compressing respective roots.
Pt treated with L3-4 and L4-5 level transforaminal epidural MIPSI ( steroid injection).
Pt noted excellent pain relief post procedure.
