SeaTable is your AI No-Code solution with the power of a database and the simplicity of a spreadsheet.

GDPR compliance, self-hosted AI server in Germany, real-time team collaboration, seamless tool integration and App Builder – customized and scalable. Our startup wants to develop the way how teams collaborate and manage all kinds of data. Our approach is to combine the functionalities of a spreadsheet and the characteristics of databases. This next generation of spreadsheet enables the user to improve his workflow by implementing every sort of data into his or her work. There are no longer boundaries forcing you to use different software solutions for reaching your needs. Individual sharing permissions and many efficient plugins will help you manage your data in a more productive way, for yourself, or for your team. SeaTable is a cloud-based software solution to be classified within the SaaS-sector. This allows flexible usage of the spreadsheet while supporting the trend of remote working. Even though we evolve our data privacy to the latest standards and improve our servers, which are located in Germany, you can also take advantage of a self-hosted version of SeaTable.

Your health insurance still has your old phone number, your landlord has the new one, and your online banking shows an outdated address. That's master data chaos, and it doesn't just happen in companies.

In our private lives, we juggle addresses, insurance details, passwords, and documents that often end up scattered across different places: in our heads, on scraps of paper, in various apps, and some old email.

What companies call "master data management" is something you've actually been dealing with your whole life. In our blog article, we broke down why clean master data saves you so much hassle and how a central system makes sure you only ever need one reliable version of your most important information.

Swipe through the slides to find out which of your own data is probably stored in too many places at once. You'll find more tips in the blog article.

Anyone who’s ever tried to coordinate a video project using scattered Word files, sketches on paper, and images in the Downloads folder knows the problem: Eventually, no one can find the latest version anymore.

That’s exactly why we’ve created a digital storyboard template that brings scene descriptions, sketches, dialogue, camera shots, and the timeline all together in one place.

Skip through the slides and see what the template can do for you:

* Scene table with take numbers and images

* Gallery view for a quick visual overview

* A character table with cast and descriptions

* A clear overview of props and how long they’ll be available

You can flexibly customize the free template and add additional columns or tables.

Creating and Managing Views in SeaTable 03/09/2026

When was the last time you scrolled through a table or manually reset filters just to find the information you needed? In most spreadsheets, you always see your data the same way. Rows and columns can be adjusted, but the perspective always stays static, and filters need to be reset every time another user needs a different subset of information.

In SeaTable, you use separate views of your table instead. This way you can filter, sort, and group your table without changing the underlying data. And when you or someone else needs a different data selection, you simply create a new view.

Check out our how-to video and see how views bring more structure to your tables.

Do you know this feeling? The beautiful moments of the day often fade just as quickly as they arrived, simply because they're never consciously captured. A gratitude journal can help you hold onto them.

It helps you make beautiful and special moments visible. This isn't about pushing negative feelings aside, but about consciously noticing the positive as well, which otherwise gets lost so easily. Just a few minutes a day are enough to sharpen your perspective and move through everyday life with more calm and happiness.

Check out our new blog post and read how to build a routine that actually lasts, which questions help you get started, and why the difficult days matter most of all. Gratitude journal template included.

You're back from a trip and try to remember what happened on day three. Was it the little café with the amazing pastries, or did that happen on a different day entirely? The problem is that memories fade fast, and a paper notebook you forgot to pack doesn't help either.

That's exactly why more travelers are switching to digital travel journals this summer. A few things worth knowing:

- You can capture photos, notes, and locations in one place instead of juggling several apps

- Entries sync automatically, so nothing gets lost even if your notebook stays in the suitcase

You can structure your trip by day, location, or activity, making it easy to look back later

- Sharing memories with friends and family becomes as simple as sending a link

- Curious how a digital travel journal actually works in practice?

Do I structure this properly — or just keep it simple? That's a question most people building their own budget books, travel planners or habit trackers ask themselves at some point.

In traditional databases, normalization is sacred doctrine: no redundancy, clean entities, well-defined relationships. But in no-code databases like SeaTable, the people building things are rarely database administrators – and sometimes a flat table is simply the smarter, more pragmatic choice.

👉 Check out our slides for the full breakdown of when to normalize, when not to, and how to decide.
