Carl Giacomello Scharnberg

Carl Giacomello will be teaching contemporary floorwork and acrobatics in the beginning of our week of dance at IG In August. Carl is a professional dancer and performer based in Copenhagen - he graduated from the Danish National School of Performing Arts in 2022. Carl is playing with gravity in relation to entering and exiting the floor while still keeping the sensation of dancing. Anna Eileen Nguyen Jeppesen

Anna Groovy will be back at @gerlevih to teach at International Gathering August 4-10. Groovy is a dancer and artist from Denmark. She loves and lives for dance and everything in relation to that. Her main styles of practice is Breaking and House Dance. Known for her enormous energy, fast footwork, a characteristic funky style and groovyness, which has also given her the stage name Groovy. She's a key person in the Danish Hiphop scene, as a dancer, organiser, battlehead and community enthusiast. She likes to make her teaching available for everybody in the class and focuses a lot on grooves and concepts to further develop once own style and approach to dance.
