These machines run with up to 20 kW of power and can cut mild steel, stainless, and aluminum up to 40 mm thick. The system includes two independent cutting heads and a 6000 x 1500 mm working area - designed for high throughput and accuracy.
We’ve been refining this setup since 2014, building not just capability but consistency - from the hardware and nozzles to the interface and the people operating it.

• Max table size: 6000 x 1500 mm
💡 Sheet Metal Bending:
• Precision bending up to 6 meters and 60 mm thickness
• CNC control for complex geometries and repeatability
💡 Welding & Assembly:
• MIG/MAG and TIG welding for mild steel, stainless, and aluminum
• PEMSERTER® Series 4® fastener installation
• Thread cutting with GS 1100-16E, microbead sandblasting
We also maintain an in-house engineering team, electronics and software specialists, and a local warehouse for fast, flexible production.
