Analog Magic

Just booked concert tickets to Lisbon, and one thought of that golden southern light instantly pulled me straight back to Sicily.

Living there for a few months left me sun-drenched and with a camera roll full of frames I still truly love. There’s just something about the warm, slow afternoon light in the south.

What was your first dream camera you have now?

One chapter must close for another to open. For the last three years, I spent almost every Sunday at the Koło flea market—living just two streets away made it so special. A few days ago, I moved out. I know I’ll still visit, but it honestly feels like I’m leaving a huge piece of my heart behind. Still, I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. This year has been really tough, but I finally feel like I can breathe again and feel that spark of happiness returning. Most of all, it taught me how to truly love and made me realize just how wonderful the people around me are.

That yellow glow in the first photo isn’t a digital preset or an app effect. It’s actually the yellow-glazed glass of the Świętokrzyska metro station! Swipe to the second slide to see how the station looks on photo I have a chance to pose. The tones change completely depending on the light, but playing with your surroundings is the best way to elevate your photos.
