Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the FECC Suomalais-virolainen kauppakamari Soome-Eesti Kaubanduskoda at our office. A big thank you to Mika Kinnunen, our Country Manager in Finland, for bringing everyone together.

The hot topic of the afternoon was building trust in AI. Our take is that AI earns reliability the same way industrial components do, through predictable behaviour, traceable decisions, and hours under load. Anything less is a demo.

The visit started with an office tour, giving guests a look at how Proekspert operates day to day before we moved into presentations from the team.

Our CEO, Marco Spielmann, opened the formal part, followed by Carlos Lopes, Urmas Kobin and Jukka Halttunen, who shared insights into the work happening across our business units and the challenges their teams help solve.

What happens when a school leader steps into a tech company?

We gain sharper insight into how we onboard, mentor, and develop people by seeing our everyday leadership practices through a different lens.

Our participation in the Education Leaders Internship Programme (Haridusjuhtide praktikaprogramm) has come to an end. Over ten weeks, Annela Tammiste, Principal of Järva‑Jaani School, worked alongside the Proekspert HR team and took part in our day-to-day leadership and people practices, together with Kadri Daljajev, our Chief People and Culture Officer, and Ilmar Pralla, COO of Proekspert, who also served as a mentor during the program.

Annela is now back at school with the other 15 education leaders in the program, testing and adapting what they learned in their own organizations.

“I will carry this learning into my work by supporting employee well-being, onboarding, and clearer, documented work processes,” said Annela.

For us, being challenged on our assumptions helped sharpen what matters most at Proekspert.
