QUICKSTRA Company offers complete services in gas tanker fields especially road gas tankers which used in petroleum gases and synthetic gases transport especially LPG. All services of QUICKSTRA are carried out according to international codes and societies in petroleum fields as ASME CODE SAE code, NFPA, ADR, API, IP, ISO codes and other international codes society and our services friendly to Environment and health. Details of Service
Please find below the brief of our service:
1. Inspection and limitation of any crack at any point in the base metal of gas Tanker with modern inspection methods and devices hence giving approved by certificates from multinational inspection companies such as Beaurau Verities. Methods which used in inspection:
•ULTRASONIC WAVE METHODE
•MAGNETIC TEST
•GRAPHICAL METHODE
•Visual inspection
•Radiographic test
•Pressure test
2 -INSPECTION and repairing all fittings and connections related to Crude oil, petroleum products and gas tankers (road tankers, bulk store tanker) such as:
o Pressure relief valves. o All types of gauges (pressure, volume, density……)
o Tanker cranes
3- fixing and repairing :
o Welding of gas tankers base metals with modern welding methods
o Renewing and welding the internal baffles of gas tankers. o Installing bracket systems, breaks lining systems & suspension systems.
4- We are able to supply all kinds of spare parts for LPG Road tankers & Bobtails and LPG filling plants & storage tanks
2. TRUCK MAINTENANCE FIELD:
Quickstra have followed the international maintenance program for vehicles and trucks , including periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. We have been certified by Mack Dealer for service works in Mack trucks.We carry minor & major repair of commercial vehicles specially Mack, Mercedes, DAF, RENAULT & IVECO ….etc
