📢 We’re Hiring – Accountant

MechaTech Engineering is looking for an Accountant with hands-on experience in Odoo to join our team in Heliopolis, Cairo.

# Key Responsibilities:

* Handle daily accounting transactions using Odoo Accounting.
* Record and follow up customer payments and supplier transactions.
* Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up outstanding balances.
* Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
* Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
* Prepare and record journal entries.
* Assist with VAT, withholding tax, and other tax-related accounting records.
* Prepare periodic accounting and management reports.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation.

:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
* Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting is essential.
* Good understanding of general accounting principles and the Egyptian accounting cycle.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with Egyptian VAT and withholding tax procedures is preferred.
* Good command of English.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
* Previous experience in trading, engineering, contracting, or industrial companies is a plus.

🕘 *Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 *Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
🗓️ *Days Off: Friday & Saturday

1–3 years of experience in technical sales.

Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare technical and commercial offers.
Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and project opportunities.
Conduct technical meetings and product presentations.
Coordinate with suppliers to provide the best technical solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
