Roaming in life 🐚

Two women. One vision. Zero compromise.
Marianne and I have come together as partners to build what we both knew was missing.
A space where women lead from exactly who they are.
Not who the room expects them to be.
Founder in Heels is not a community.
It is an ecosystem.
Built for founders. For executives. For women who carry authority and empathy in equal measure and refuse to choose between them which means A+ core values.
We have been building this quietly.
With intention. With conviction. With each other.
And now.. we begin.
For such a time as this 👠✨

And there’s real science behind this and it shows up clearly in real life too.

Research in mindset and financial success consistently shows that belief in your own potential is one of the strongest predictors of actual outcomes. Psychologist Albert Bandura’s concept of self-efficacy explains it simply: people who genuinely believe they can achieve a goal are far more likely to take the actions that lead them there.

In other words, belief comes first and results follow. And sometimes the most powerful shift is simply deciding to believe in yourself before anything else does.
