Elevated living at Mountain View. Mastering the modern neoclassical aesthetic through clean lines, sophisticated paneling, and warm, inviting tones. Swipe to explore the final interior reveal of our latest duplex project.

We are thrilled to share a sneak peek into our interior design process for the New Cairo Administrative HQ.

For this project, we focused on creating a dynamic environment that lives up to its central motto: Collaborate, Innovate, Repeat.
The design features a striking balance of industrial elements—like exposed ceilings and classic red brick—warmed up by textured wood slats, vibrant abstract murals, and lush biophilic touchpoints.
From open-plan collaborative zones and acoustic focus pods to a carefully curated material palette of polished concrete and rich green velvet, every detail is tailored to foster creativity, productivity, and employee well-being.

The Vision vs. The Blueprint. 🏛️📐

A beautiful 3D render is just a promise. The technical drawings are how we keep that promise.
For Project Novus (Mountain View Duplex), we applied a Modern Neoclassical aesthetic—balancing ornate, classic wall moldings with clean, contemporary furniture to create a sophisticated family home.
But creating a space that feels both grand and intimately personal requires more than just a great mood board. It requires absolute precision.
Swipe through to see the progression:
✨ The Vision: High-fidelity renders of the Reception and Master Suite, designed to establish a calm, refined, and luxurious atmosphere.
📏 The Blueprint: The exact CAD elevations our site teams use to execute those complex wall moldings and spatial layouts flawlessly.
With 20 years of architectural and project management experience, we don't just design beautiful spaces—we engineer them so that what you see is exactly what gets built. Zero guesswork.
