📢 We’re Hiring | Account Management Team Leader – Remote

2BE Media is looking for an experienced Account Management Team Leader to lead and develop our Account Management team.

🏋️ About 2BE Media
We are a specialized marketing agency working exclusively within the Sports & Fitness industry, managing marketing for gyms and other sports-related businesses.

⚠️ This is a leadership role — you will NOT be directly managing client accounts.

Your main responsibility will be leading the Account Management team, monitoring their performance, improving the quality of client servicing, and ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and support the Account Management team
• Monitor the performance and quality of each Account Manager
• Review client communication and ensure service standards are maintained
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and overall account progress
• Hold regular Zoom meetings with the team
• Handle escalations and support the team in solving client-related issues
• Improve workflows, reporting, and internal processes
• Coach and develop team members and identify performance gaps
• Report department performance, challenges, and progress to management

Work Setup:
🏠 Fully Remote
💻 Team meetings are conducted via Zoom
🤝 One monthly in-person meeting with management to review performance, challenges, and next steps

Requirements:
• Solid experience in Account Management within a marketing/advertising agency
• Previous experience leading or supervising an Account Management team
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized and capable of managing a remote team
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
