We were happy to welcome UMST college students to the VOLTX factory for a week-long practical training experience. 🤝

Throughout the week, we explored real-world applications of electrical engineering, manufacturing, testing, and industrial practices — connecting what they learn at college with what happens in the industry.

But it wasn’t all about technical knowledge! ❤️
We learned, laughed, shared experiences, and enjoyed the journey together, creating memories along the way.

At VOLTX, we believe that inspiring the engineers of tomorrow is about more than teaching — it’s about creating an environment where students can learn, experience, ask, explore, and enjoy engineering.

Here are a few moments from their week with us. 📸⚡

We are proud to announce that VOLTX has been selected to provide electrical testing equipment for a PETROJET project (Matrouh Gas Development Station), marking an important milestone in our growth within the Oil & Gas sector.

This collaboration reflects the growing confidence in our engineering capabilities, product quality, and locally engineered electrical testing solutions.

The Oil & Gas industry demands reliability, safety, precision, and performance — values that are at the heart of everything we do at VOLTX.

We are proud to contribute our solutions to this project and look forward to building stronger partnerships across Egypt and the MENA region.

Proudly engineered and manufactured in Egypt.🇪🇬

NER Factory Acceptance Test | VOLTX

Sharing some moments from the FAT of our Neutral Earthing Resistor (NER) for M.A.N International Contracting.

Every FAT is an important step to verify equipment quality and compliance with the required technical specifications before it reaches the site.

We appreciate M.A.N International Contracting for their trust in VOLTX.

Test. Verify. Trust.

MYTH OR FACT?
You've probably heard these statements on-site or during commissioning—but are they
actually true?
Swipe through today's episode and see if you can separate engineering myths from facts.

Which myth have you heard the most in your work?

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻—but every engineer knows that each stage comes with its own challenges.

Comment with your answer (𝗔, 𝗕, 𝗖, 𝗼𝗿 𝗗) and tell us why.
Your experience could help other engineers and spark valuable discussions within our community.

For us, Type Testing represents absolute safety, proof over theory, and total reliability under extreme conditions. ⚡💪

A massive shoutout to our team for pushing boundaries and proving our design is built to perform when it matters most!

Behind the VOLTX NER Type Test

What does passing a type test actually involve?

Here’s a look at the key results:

🔹 Galvanized Coating: 812 μm
🔹 Electrical Resistance: 10.3 Ω @ 30.7°C
🔹 AC Voltage: Successfully completed
🔹 Lightning Impulse: 1.2/50 μs — Successfully completed
🔹 Temperature Rise: Successfully completed

Five tests. Proven performance. 🇪🇬
