A historic achievement for Egypt’s national finswimming team at the Mediterranean Games in Taranto, Italy 2026 🇮🇹🏊‍♂️🇪🇬🏆

Behind this picture are medals… but behind those medals is a much bigger story.

There were countless behind-the-scenes moments, long sessions, conversations during both easy times and more difficult ones laughter and pressure, fear and ambition, and moments when we needed to put our thoughts in order before we could put our goals in order.
There was genuine love for what we do, along with planning, discussions, and constant attempts to understand each athlete in their own way and deal with every stage in the way that suited it best.

The result may appear in a single moment… but the journey is built through details that no one gets to see.

And through all of these details, thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. Part of the behind the scenes moments, the sessions, the ideas, and the moments that were not always easy… but were always real.

🏸 Champions are not made by winning alone… they are built by the mental strength that leads them there.

Proud of our athletes at the Egyptian National Badminton Championship:

🥇 Omar El-Sabban – 1st Place U19.
🥇 Mohamed Noaman – 1st Place U17.
🏅 Malaika Mohamed – 4th Place U19.

Every achievement is the result of commitment, discipline, and mental preparation before technical performance.

Congratulations to our champions… and the best is yet to come. 💪🇪🇬

As the CMAS World Championship Finswimming Indoor 2026 kicks off in the Republic of Korea, I am truly proud to be part of the mental preparation journey of two outstanding Egyptian athletes Ahmed Hesham and Mariam Helmy.

Mental preparation alone does not create champions, but it helps them bring out their very best when it matters most.

Behind every race are countless hours of training, challenges, pressure, and continuous mental work to build confidence, maintain focus, and perform at the highest level against the world's best athletes.

I have complete confidence in our champions and wish Team Egypt every success in delivering performances worthy of our country's name on the world stage.

Proud of you both. Wishing you the very best, and may your hard work be rewarded with success and the Egyptian flag flying high on the podium. 🇪🇬🏆
