DMA's family is growing. We are looking to hire a “Senior Mechanical Site Engineer”.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise mechanical works on-site including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documents.
• Ensure all mechanical activities are executed in line with approved shop drawings and project requirements.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or delays on-site.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 - 12 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience with engineering consultancy firms or construction supervision projects is preferred.

DMA's family is growing. We are looking to hire a “Planning & Cost Control Engineer”.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules.
• Track project progress and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Monitor project costs and compare actual expenditures against the approved budget.
• Review contractors’ invoices and verify quantities, progress percentages.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure work progress.
• Assist in evaluating variation orders, claims, and change requests related to cost and time impact.
• Maintain proper documentation of schedules, cost records, and project reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning and cost control insights
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in planning and cost control within construction or engineering projects.
• Previous experience with engineering consultancy firms or construction supervision projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and cost tracking.
