Throughout the program, our students gained hands-on exposure through technical sessions, device demonstrations, field and site visits, and interaction with our teams across different business and technical areas.

The program was designed not only to provide technical knowledge, but also to help students better understand the medical technology industry, explore different career paths, and connect their academic studies with real business and field experience.

We were happy to close this journey by recognizing our students and presenting their certificates of completion.

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales & Service Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our team. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate should be able to respond to inquiries via telephone or computer, making computer literacy a vital asset.

Experience and qualifications required:

• 2-4 years of experience as a sales & Service coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Communication, Planning Skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees.
• Strong skills in computer usage and its application especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the center's operations and provide supervision for staff members
• Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an aptitude for problem-solving
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

At Global Technology, in collaboration with Fujifilm, we are proud to support the continuous development of healthcare professionals at Qena University Hospitals through hands-on training at the newly established Mammography Unit.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Akawy, President of Qena University; Prof. Dr. Ali Abdel Rahman Gweal, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board; and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Amer, Deputy Executive Director of the University Hospitals, the practical training focused on the effective use of advanced breast imaging technology for the early detection and diagnosis of breast abnormalities.

The new Mammography Unit represents an important addition to specialized diagnostic services in Qena Governorate, equipped with advanced Fujifilm imaging technology to support high-quality breast imaging and contribute to earlier diagnosis and appropriate clinical decision-making.

The training reflects Qena University Hospitals’ commitment to continuous professional development and to equipping its medical and technical teams with the knowledge and practical skills needed to make the most of advanced imaging technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our growing team and lead our technical service operations. If you have strong leadership skills and a solid background in engineering and team management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance, with previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in reporting, conflict resolution, and coordination


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely response to customer requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to optimize service operations.
• Prepare service reports, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Coach, train, and develop the maintenance team.
