When the event itself becomes the training ground, ADx Group is there. 💛

In an inspiring collaboration between ADx Group and XAcademia during XAcademia X-Camp'3 and XAcademia X-Camp'4, trainees embarked on a fully immersive, hands-on journey into the world of event management. They experienced what planning, organizing, and coordinating truly mean — not in theory, but in real life.

This program wasn’t just about learning concepts; it was a real-world adventure behind the scenes of an event — from the very first idea, to managing teams, and creating experiences that inspire attendees and leave lasting memories.
