We take medicines.
We undergo surgery.
We trust doctors.
But we should never forget:
Medicine does not heal.
Surgery does not heal.
They are only means.
The One who truly grants healing is Allah.
It says in the Quran..
""""And when I am ill, it is He who cures me."""" (Qur'an 26:80)
So while we seek the best medical care, let our hearts remain attached to the One who controls every cure, every recovery, and every heartbeat.
May Allah grant healing to every sick person, make our trials a means of drawing us closer to Him, and bless us all with patience, faith, and complete reliance upon Him. Ameen.

More than 1,400 years ago, the Qur’an established a detailed system of inheritance—one that did not leave the distribution of wealth to personal preferences, family disputes, or changing social customs.
Instead, it established defined rights and responsibilities, giving eligible heirs specified shares and placing clear limits on how an estate should be distributed.
The Qur’an presents these rulings as part of Allah’s divine guidance, designed to protect rights, prevent injustice, and bring order to matters that can easily become a source of conflict and division.
«“These are the limits set by Allah.”
— Qur’an 4:13»
What makes this remarkable is that these principles were revealed in a society where inheritance practices could be shaped by status, gender, and tribal customs.
Today, the Qur’anic inheritance system remains a distinctive and carefully structured part of Islamic law.
💬 What do you find most remarkable about the Qur’an’s approach to inheritance?

🌴🇲🇻 Did you know that the Maldives is a Muslim country?
This week, Maldivians marked the 900th anniversary of the country’s conversion to Islam, celebrating an important part of its history and Islamic identity.
According to the traditional historical account, King Dhovemi embraced Islam in 548 AH / 1153 CE, taking the name Sultan Muhammad ibn Abdullah and beginning a new chapter in the history of the Maldives.
Today, mosques and Islamic education remain an important part of Maldivian society.
🏝️ You may know the Maldives as one of the world’s most beautiful travel destinations… but did you know it has been Muslim for more than 900 years?

Indeed, morality and good character are at the very core of the prophet's mission..
In a Prophetic hadith, he said:
“I was only sent to perfect noble character.”
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported:
“The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) never struck anything with his hand, neither a woman nor a servant, except when fighting in the cause of Allah.”
(Sahih Muslim)
When the people of Ta’if, where Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) went to call them to Allah, insulted and stoned him, the Angel of the Mountains offered to destroy them.
But the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) refused and said:
“Rather, I hope that Allah will bring forth from their descendants people who will worship Allah alone and associate nothing with Him.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim)
This truly brings together a remarkable set of moral virtues in a real role model.

Po*******hy Doesn't End with a Click... It Can End by Destroying Your Heart and Soul.
What begins as curiosity can become an addiction.
What seems like a private habit can steal your modesty, poison your mind, damage your relationships, and slowly distance your heart from the remembrance of Allah.
Allah says:
“˹O Prophet!˺ Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their chastity. That is purer for them. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what they do.” (Qur’an 24:30)
Po*******hy does not just affect what you see—it affects who you become. Every click leaves a mark on the heart, and every sin makes repentance more urgent.
Do not let a few moments of temptation cost you a heart that finds peace with Allah.

Not every hurt needs a reaction, and not every word deserves a response.
Allah says in the Qur’an (Surah Fussilat, 41:34):
""Good and evil cannot be equal. Respond to evil with what is best, then the one you are in a feud with will become like a close friend.""
If this is how we are commanded to treat our enemies, then how should we treat our family and friends?

In Islam, backbiting (ghibah) is considered a hideous act—so much so that Allah compares it to eating the flesh of one’s dead brother:
""O you who believe! Avoid much suspicion; indeed some suspicion is sin. And spy not, neither backbite one another. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is the One who accepts repentance, Most Merciful.""
— Qur’an 49:12
The Prophet ﷺ clearly defined backbiting:
Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said, ""Do you know what is backbiting?""
They (the Companions) replied: ""Allah and His Messenger know best.""
He ﷺ said: ""It is to mention about your brother something he dislikes"" He was asked: ""What if what I say is true about him?""
He ﷺ said: ""If it is true, you have backbitten him; and if it is false, you have slandered him.
— Sahih Muslim 2589
