Egypt 🇪🇬♥️

My ancestors built some cool stuff 🇪🇬✨ I’m often asked how much of our history lives on in us today. Science has finally provided the answer, and it’s incredible. Molecular studies comparing modern Egyptian DNA to ancient mummy samples have confirmed what we feel in our bones: we are the direct, living continuation of the people who walked these lands thousands of years ago. The data shows that 70% to 85% of our genetic foundation is an indigenous blend of Northeast African and Ancient Near Eastern roots—the exact same genetic signature found in the builders of the past. This wasn’t a result of recent migration, but a deep, thousands-of-years-old legacy forged at the crossroads of Africa and the Near East. It’s an honor to stand here as an Egyptologist and know that I am walking the same path as those who came before me.
