* Develop original TEBSpace concepts, experiments, and signature projects.

What We Need
* Strong background in Creative Direction, Advertising, Events, Experiential, Entertainment, or Branding.
* Proven ability to build concepts and creative strategies, not just execute visuals.
* Strong market awareness, research, storytelling, and client understanding.

What You’ll Do
* Transform briefs and concepts into powerful visual presentations.

* Continuously discover new AI tools, visual trends, and presentation techniques.

What We Need
* Strong background in 2D Design, Motion Graphics, or Visual Communication.
* Strong AI image/video knowledge.
* Portfolio showing presentations, motion, or creative visual storytelling.

What You’ll Do
* Develop 3D concepts for events, activations, festivals, launches, and exhibitions.
* Create strong visual experiences using 3ds Max + V-Ray and/or Corona.
* Understand real-world production, scale, materials, lighting, and feasibility.
* Use AI for ideation, references, visual exploration, enhancement, and finishing.
* Stay current with global event and experiential trends.

What We Need
* Minimum 3 years of direct Events/Exhibitions experience.
* Strong event-focused portfolio.
* Advanced 3ds Max and strong rendering skills.
* Creative thinking with solid production awareness.
