من 2016 لـ2026، الـEnglish فضل جزء طبيعي من بيئة الأعمال.
لكن خلال العشر سنين اللي فاتوا ، ظهر نوع تاني من الـfluency ماكانش واضح بنفس القوة قبل كده.
Fluency في قراءة الـData، وفهم العلاقات بين المؤشرات، وربط حركة السوق بسلوك العميل، وملاحظة التغيّرات اللي ممكن يكون وراها معنى أكبر من الرقم نفسه.
ومع دخول الـAI بقوة أكبر، اتسعت إمكانيات التحليل بشكل واضح؛ حجم أكبر من المعلومات، مقارنات أسرع، وقدرة أوسع على اكتشاف patterns واختبار سيناريوهات مختلفة.
لكن كل ده زوّد أهمية حاجة أساسية:
القدرة على تكوين صورة مفهومة للمؤسسة بشكل عام من كل المعلومات دي.
صورة تربط بين مؤشرات الأداء، العميل، السوق، الربحية والتشغيل.
