We are closed Sunday and Monday this week . It’s been emotional 🖤

A massive Eldon Thankyou to everyone that made time to come and toast Maggie, Don and Wee Mo with us yesterday . It was a great turn out and was full of laughs and shared memories .
We look forward to doing the same with those of you that couldn’t make it but will be here soon to remember your friends 🍻

The Eldon is more than a pub , it’s a community. I feel we are the custodians ,it’s been serving the community here in Playa Paraiso for over 30 years . It’s a shame that pubs like ours are closing at a rapid rate . You can have your fancy bars with cool vibes , but there should always be a hub for people of all ages to gather , chat and share life and all it throws at us . It’s all about the aesthetic for socials now , not the heart of a place 💔

It’s true we have a home from home local feel to the place , people come in as strangers and leave as friends .
We like to think that we make anybody who comes in The Eldon feel welcome , if you don’t then that’s probably a you problem 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️

Remember if you don’t use them you will lose them and this last year has proved small communities need a pub 🍻

Unfortunately The Eldon will be closed today as Corinne is an absolute whopper and has lost a fight with a cotton bud 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I know 🙄 don’t ask 🙄

I’ve bust my ear drum and need a couple of days and antibiotics 🙄 Carly is still away
